1) Service Description
aluna ID is a research and insight platform for modern investors and independent analysts. We provide tools for portfolio tracking (aluna Orion), market analysis, and educational content. Features may change, suspend, or discontinue without prior notice.
2) Account Security & Registration
- Registration: You may register via email or use Third-Party providers (Google/Microsoft).
- SSO Liability: If using Google or Microsoft login, you understand that aluna only stores your name and email. We are not responsible for the security of your Google or Microsoft accounts/passwords.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.
3) aluna Orion & User Data
Our portfolio tracking feature, aluna Orion, relies on data provided by you.
- Manual Input: You acknowledge that aluna Orion only aggregates and analyzes portfolio data that you input manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data.
- Data Privacy: We encrypt the portfolio data stored in our database using standard WordPress engine encryption. While we host the infrastructure, our administrators do not have read-access to your specific portfolio composition in its raw form.
4) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking the aluna infrastructure.
We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations to protect our users and platform integrity.

5) Intellectual Property
All site content, branding (including the “aluna” and “alula” trademarks), and software code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit any materials without prior written permission.
6) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, aluna ID is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our tools.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the Service.
8) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last Updated: January 2026.
Governing Law & Venue: Laws of the Republic of Indonesia; disputes handled in the appropriate courts of Indonesia.
