- aluna Orion Portfolio Data: We collect portfolio data (such as stock tickers, buy prices, and quantities) that you manually input into the aluna Orion feature. This data is used solely to generate your personal analytics dashboard.
- Usage & Technical: IP address, device type, browser logs, and pages viewed.
We believe in transparency. We only collect what is necessary to empower your investment insights.

3) Third-Party Login (SSO)
If you choose to register or log in using third-party services like Google or Microsoft:
- Data We Store: We only retrieve and store your email address and full name to identify your account in our system.
- Passwords: We do not access, process, or store your Google or Microsoft passwords. Your authentication credentials remain strictly between you and the identity provider.
4) Data Security & Encryption
We take the security of your financial data seriously. For data inputted into aluna Nova and other sensitive account details:
- Encryption: Data stored in our database is encrypted using the WordPress engine’s security protocols.
- Access Control: Because of this encryption, our internal team cannot view the raw data of your portfolio or your passwords. We only process the data programmatically to display it back to you on your dashboard.
5) How We Use Data
- To provide the aluna Orion portfolio tracking and analytics service.
- To manage your account and provide customer support.
- To send critical security updates or service announcements.
6) Sharing & Transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
7) Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since portfolio data in aluna Orion is input manually by you, you may edit or delete this data directly through your dashboard at any time. For full account deletion, please contact support@aluna.id.
